We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Renewals Representative to join our team at Quest Software. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue with our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage current renewals and upsell prepaid maintenance to existing customers
- Reinstate lapsed customers and identify co-termination opportunities
- Develop strong working relationships with the Quest Software Sales team and other internal teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Effectively defend against competitive pressures and uncover additional opportunities
- Interface with Quest software renewals management, technical support, and business unit teams to ensure customer success and timely feedback
- 1+ years of sales, renewal, or account management experience
- Strong organization skills with an emphasis on territory management
- Excellent PC and internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle a high volume of email communications and outbound calls
- AA Degree
- Customer Success background
- Experience selling software, telecommunications, or insurance
- Siebel or CRM experience
