Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Renewals Representative to join our team at Quest Software. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue with our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage current renewals and upsell prepaid maintenance to existing customers
  • Reinstate lapsed customers and identify co-termination opportunities
  • Develop strong working relationships with the Quest Software Sales team and other internal teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Effectively defend against competitive pressures and uncover additional opportunities
  • Interface with Quest software renewals management, technical support, and business unit teams to ensure customer success and timely feedback
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales, renewal, or account management experience
  • Strong organization skills with an emphasis on territory management
  • Excellent PC and internet skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle a high volume of email communications and outbound calls
Preferred Qualifications
  • AA Degree
  • Customer Success background
  • Experience selling software, telecommunications, or insurance
  • Siebel or CRM experience
