Position Overview: Entry-Level Solar Solutions Specialist

In the role of Entry-Level Solar Solutions Specialist, you will be instrumental in advocating for and selling solar energy systems to homeowners. Your responsibilities will include educating clients on the advantages of solar energy, illustrating potential savings, and contributing positively to environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients to assess their energy requirements.
  • Provide precise cost assessments, develop tailored proposals, and effectively communicate the financial and ecological benefits of solar energy.
  • Identify and pursue new sales avenues through networking, referrals, and proactive lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work autonomously and achieve sales objectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable transportation is required.

Compensation Structure:

  • Commission-based compensation linked to performance.
  • Uncapped commission potential.
  • Average income for Full-Time positions ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with the potential to exceed $200,000.
