Position Overview:
The Head of Strategic Partnerships will be instrumental in developing and executing essential collaborations for VALID8 Financial. This role will identify and cultivate opportunities with various stakeholders, including financial institutions, technology partners, and service providers, to accelerate our growth objectives and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with external partners to further VALID8 Financial's mission.
- Design, implement, and negotiate strategic agreements with collaborators.
- Identify opportunities for scaling operations with diverse partners.
- Manage and oversee partnerships with key financial institutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and due diligence on potential partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Legal, Operations, and Technology.
- Monitor partnership performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop scalable frameworks for formalizing partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management.
- Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and negotiating deals.
- Experience in crafting and executing strategic agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to devise innovative solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage a diverse partner portfolio.
- In-depth understanding of the current financial services landscape.
