Job Title: Head of Marketing

Fortrea is seeking a highly experienced and strategic marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest ROI.
  • Implement the brand relaunch, providing support to business leaders to understand and evolve the brand assets as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful field marketing and ABM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the patient access landscape and related services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing tools and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
