Job Title: Insulation Sales Development Program

Join Owens Corning Corporate Services LLC as a Sales Development Program (SDP) member and embark on a challenging 18-24 month development opportunity in the Technical Insulation business units.

About the Role

As an SDP, you will be coached and mentored by sales leadership to develop competencies in Customer Operations, Sales Execution, Territory Management, Pricing Strategies, and Product Expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships through exceptional service and trust-building.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owned or shared accounts, educating customers on products and services.
  • Utilize B2B and professional cold calling to contractors, distributors, and sheet metal shops.
  • Achieve downstream selling and conversions, targeting and converting contractors, distributors, and downstream customers.
  • Provide customer pricing/job quotes and analyze market pricing and competitive scenarios.
  • Participate in business initiatives, projects, and Kaizens, gathering and communicating competitive market intelligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in prior experiences.
  • Willingness to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior sales experience.
  • Previous experience in a business-to-business environment.
