About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Professional to join our team at Nucar Southern New England. As a BDC Sales Professional, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling reservations with our sales team, and ensuring that guests have a positive interaction with our brand. You will be expected to follow all training materials, including inbound sales call guides and Strategic Responses, to accurately answer guest questions.

ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have excellent verbal skills, a friendly, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to stay current with sales specials, direct mail pieces, and manufacturer notices. Additionally, you must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and adhere to a set schedule.
