As a Sales Associate at Ace Hardware, you will be part of a team that values customer satisfaction and community involvement. Our store provides top-quality products and expert advice to help customers complete their projects.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is $38,000 - $48,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance or discount card, 401K, employee discounts on products, and free uniform shirts and vests.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the necessary materials for their projects. This requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, restock shelves, and perform other tasks as needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Previous hardware experience is a plus, but not required as we provide extensive training.
