Community Health Program Facilitator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Women's Program Coordinator at Lifeline Connections. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing program oversight and clinical supervision for staff serving women and families under the guidance of the PPW Program Director.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring effective service delivery;
- Maintaining client records;
- Contract compliance;
- Public relations;
- Interactions with families;
- Liaison with courts and various government and private agencies and officials;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human sciences or related field or equivalent work experience preferred;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Ability to obtain Washington State Agency Affiliate Credential;
- Washington State Driver's license required and proof of insurance;
- Two years of experience working with adults and/or youth with co-occurring conditions;
- Current CPR/First Aid certification for adults and infants;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent attendance and a self-starter;
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and provide consistent structure;
- Ability to work well on an interdisciplinary team;
Compensation: Estimated salary range $19.50 - $22.50/hour
