Lifeline Connections is a community-based behavioral health organization that specializes in providing confidential and compassionate care to individuals who experience substance use and/or mental health conditions.

Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $19.50 - $22.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description: Women's Program Coordinator

This position is responsible for providing program oversight and clinical supervision for staff serving women and families under the guidance of the PPW Program Director.

Key activities include:

  • Ensuring effective service delivery
  • Maintenance of client records
  • Contract compliance
  • Public relations
  • Interactions with families
  • Liaison with courts and various government and private agencies and officials
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A preferred Bachelor's degree in human sciences or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to obtain Washington State Agency Affiliate Credential
  • Washington State Driver's license required and proof of insurance
  • Two years of experience working with adults and/or youth with co-occurring conditions
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification for adults and infants
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attendance and a self-starter
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and provide consistent structure
  • Ability to work well on an interdisciplinary team
