Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate - Eyewear to join our team at Global Channel Management. As an Eyewear Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service through outbound calls, emails, and chat, prioritizing and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Enter orders and rework orders, answer optical-related technical questions, and manage customer late lists.
  • Prioritize and problem-solve customer issues and concerns, communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies, rules, and safety practices.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the eyewear industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic communication methods, such as email, instant messaging, and chat services.
