Location:Norcross, GA
Pay Rate:$15.00/hr
Shift:1st, Monday-Sunday, 4am-12pm
Job Summary:We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Hertz location at the ATL Airport. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers upon return and addressing any concerns or questions, coordinating with the local Hertz agents. You will also request customers to review and sign a digital condition report of their vehicle post-drop-off, show customers any identified damage on the vehicle upon request, train Hertz agents on the process, communicate any incidents or issues with the UVeye system to the designated point of contact, and compare the UVeye condition report to the actual vehicle condition and document any discrepancies.
Responsibilities:- Greet customers upon return and address any concerns or questions, coordinating with the local Hertz agents.
- Request customers to review and sign a digital condition report of their vehicle post-drop-off.
- Show customers any identified damage on the vehicle upon request.
- Train Hertz agents on the process.
- Communicate any incidents or issues with the UVeye system to the designated point of contact.
- Compare the UVeye condition report to the actual vehicle condition and document any discrepancies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Ability to perform basic tasks like reading and counting.
- Can lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift.
- Teamwork and cooperative mindset.
- 2+ years previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
