Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Corporate Management Intern to assist in providing marketing support for our organization. This role will involve initiating and implementing various marketing support tasks to ensure exceptional service standards and high customer satisfaction levels are upheld. Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with our product line, enabling you to effectively inform, assist, and educate customers about our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers daily to communicate information about our products and services.
  • Conduct needs assessments for customers and recommend appropriate products and services or refer leads to the marketing team based on expertise.
  • Deliver quality service to external customers consistently.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately process sales orders and perform data entry tasks.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer complaints or escalations.
  • Maintain a positive image of the company and its associated brands at all times.
  • Utilize training materials effectively to ensure a seamless transition for graduates into successful Sales and Marketing Relations roles.
  • Foster a positive, enjoyable, and motivating atmosphere to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in morning meetings, including role-playing scenarios, product knowledge sessions, and customer service behavior training.
