Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative entry-level Enrollment Agent to drive our consumer audience's acquisition and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and present tailored product proposals to customers based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Drive sales growth through regular contact and introducing our clients' specific products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships directly with all customer accounts, new and existing, to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Support and collaborate with team members to ensure the quality of work and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or 4-year diploma in a relevant field is highly recommended but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Account Management, Sales, Client Facing, and/or entry-level roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing accounts and a high level of organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
