Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our manufacturing sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our products.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the quality control operations, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality requirements.
- Approve requests for new procedures, materials, and equipment to improve the quality control process.
- Lead special QC projects aimed at enhancing product quality and improving manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular quality reviews of operations, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Evaluate new vendors, ensuring they meet our quality requirements, and manage ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality control processes throughout the organization.
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
- Manage and train the quality control team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Work with senior management to set quality benchmarks and KPIs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in approving requests, leading special QC projects, conducting quality reviews, evaluating new vendors, and managing operations.
- A thorough understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving performance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance.
- Certifications in quality control or operations management, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, would be an asset.
