Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Messaging Analyst to join our team in Baltimore. As a key member of our Private Client, Endowments and Foundations (PCE&F) team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective messaging strategies to communicate our investment expertise and services to clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and curate high-quality content to support client meetings and pitches.
    • Collaborate with our research and sales teams to create engaging messaging materials.
    • Design and implement digital campaigns to promote our investment strategies.
  • Content Management
    • Manage the approval workflow for routine material updates, ensuring compliance and stakeholder approval.
    • Update and maintain quarter-end process and materials.
    • Work with our private client, endowments, and foundations teams to develop and refine our messaging.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Regularly interact with colleagues across our investment, research, client service, and sales teams.
    • Provide high levels of insight, creativity, and service to support our sales teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or marketing, with further qualifications a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • 1-2 years' experience in asset management, with a focus on marketing and communications.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong attention to deadlines and quality.
