Sales Operations Specialist

A Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the equipment rental sector. This position focuses on cultivating customer relationships and managing their orders, while also overseeing equipment availability, logistics coordination, and billing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Support: Provide efficient assistance to the sales team in processing invoices, contracts, credit applications, and sales reporting.
- System Utilization: Leverage company-provided tools such as Salesforce and reservation systems to document, track, and follow up on all sales activities accurately and promptly.
- Communication: Employ strong verbal and written communication skills to offer precise support to sales and management personnel.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, organizing, and movement of equipment and attachments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers, both over the phone and in-person, to complete necessary paperwork for transactions.

Qualifications- Education: High School diploma required; military service may be considered in lieu of education or certification.
- Experience: Proven experience in processing detailed paperwork and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of computer processes necessary for daily operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
The work environment is akin to a front desk or customer service office, with regular visits to the repair shop and outdoor equipment yard. Some overnight travel may be required.
Physical RequirementsThis role involves physical demands such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, along with working indoors and outdoors as necessary.
