6. Closes sales transactions effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Utilizes the Tower system for information gathering, providing updates, and maintaining customer records.
8. Engages in cross-training with departments such as Operations, Sales, and Billing.
9. Documents sales activities and submits reports to the Sales Manager.
10. Establishes customer accounts by negotiating service types, pricing, billing, and other necessary details, ensuring clear communication.
11. Promotes customer loyalty by delivering outstanding service and proposing alternatives to cancellation requests.
12. Acts as an advocate for customers by resolving issues on their behalf and collaborating with relevant departments.
