Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Outside Sales Representative to join our engineering industry team.

This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, and conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients
  • Travel within assigned territory

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales in the engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, and displays
  • Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred

Benefits
