About Us
Premier custom packaging company Jobot is a privately held employee-owned organization with multiple plants across the country. We're seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and traveling within their assigned territory. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, manufacturing, and related fields.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Travel within assigned territory as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales in the engineering industry
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, packaging, containers, corrugate, advertising, B2B, territory management, and displays
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
