Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Specialist. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting patients with check-in procedures, and accurately entering insurance details. You will also be responsible for rooming patients, which includes performing vital signs and point-of-care testing, as well as drawing blood and conducting laboratory tests.

In addition, you will administer injections and ensure all documentation is completed correctly. Conducting hearing screenings and maintaining proper records will also be part of your responsibilities.

Work Schedule

The position operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM.

Location

This role is based in Salem, OH.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Medical Assistant is required.
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills are necessary.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
