As a Sales Manager within PNC's Retail Banking division, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs and oversees the daily operations of team members involved in client and prospect management. Achieves business objectives, attracts new clientele, and enhances existing customer relationships through effective coaching and strategic management. Develops and supervises the implementation of sales and account strategies.
  • Manages risk and return while ensuring quality service for both new and existing clients. Proactively identifies and mitigates various risks, including regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Builds and maintains a robust network of senior internal and external relationships to actively seek new clients and expand current client relationships, enhancing the overall client experience. Utilizes reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities effectively.
  • Fosters the development of team members while tracking progress against individual objectives. Inspires and cultivates talent, including attracting top performers and addressing performance-related issues. Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes, and evaluates staff and processes, linking strategy to daily operations.
  • As required, mentors team members on the skills necessary to assess, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk, leveraging advanced knowledge of credit principles and internal policies.
