Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive product detail pages, including thorough descriptions and technical specifications.
  • Curate and enhance content from various sources to optimize product listings.
  • Utilize analytics to gain insights into user shopping behaviors across product categories.
  • Identify trends in category and product performance for strategic development.
  • Monitor competitor product displays and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the online marketing team to create targeted landing pages for both paid and organic traffic.
  • Assist in managing the introduction and promotion calendar for new products.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve usability and overall customer experience.
  • Contribute actively to our company blog.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or content creation for a B2C e-commerce platform, preferably in the computing hardware or consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in handling extensive product data, including content, pricing, and visual assets.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging customer-facing content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
  • Experience with web analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools is beneficial.
  • A collaborative spirit and reliability as a team player.
