Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships, as well as overseeing staff management and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new customers to our studio.
  • Sales Process: Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into intro classes and drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
  • Staff Management: Supervise sales representatives and flexologists, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets.
  • Studio Operations: Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts and oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio.
  • Revenue Management: Analyze revenue reports and attendance reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in fitness sales or membership sales.
  • Proven track record of generating personal sales and training sales representatives in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the studio owner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.
  • Highly organized and proficient in data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients, and the general public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software.
