Position Overview
This role is compensated hourly plus commission, with potential for a full-time offer after a designated period.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Welcome customers upon their arrival in the service area.
- Manage customer check-in and check-out processes using digital tools, documenting vehicle conditions.
- Initiate and manage repair orders for clients.
- Leverage your expertise in our offerings to promote and upsell services to customers.
- Address inquiries regarding scheduling, appointments, and vehicle retrieval.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding updates on service timelines and changes.
- Maintain detailed records in our management system, with weekly reviews for the Service Manager.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with service technicians and the parts department to ensure timely parts availability.
- Process customer payments efficiently.

Qualifications
- Experience with Hyundai and/or Chevrolet is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Minimum of 1 year in an automotive or service advisory role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must successfully pass drug screening, motor vehicle record check, and background verification.
