We are seeking a dedicated automotive service consultant to oversee and enhance all customer service operations within our retail location. This role involves engaging with customers, managing appointments, providing updates, and processing transactions. Following training, you will be responsible for advising customers on tires, automotive components, and mechanical services. This position offers a pathway to a Service Manager role for those interested in career advancement. Midas is committed to the professional development of our associates and promotes from within. Incentives and bonuses are available after the completion of training, typically within three months. Benefits will also be accessible after this period. We are looking for individuals with high energy and a positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service while actively listening and consulting with clients.
  • Follow up with customers regarding requested services and estimated completion times.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide detailed recommendations, including creating computerized repair orders and sourcing necessary parts.
  • Communicate pricing estimates to customers and promote service specials offered by the shop.
  • Align with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
  • Collaborate with a team of up to ten employees.
  • Supervise technicians in their inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles and light trucks.
  • Manage inventory counts effectively.
