Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee and coordinate all activities within our service department. This role is designed for individuals looking to advance their careers in automotive management.

Key Responsibilities
As an Automotive Service Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by actively engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Managing follow-ups with customers regarding services requested and estimated completion times.
  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and making informed recommendations, including creating detailed repair orders and sourcing necessary parts.
  • Communicating pricing estimates to customers and promoting available service specials.
  • Leading, training, and managing a team of technicians while aligning with the company’s vision and values.
  • Supervising a team of up to ten employees.
  • Overseeing the inspection, diagnosis, and repair processes for a variety of vehicles, including domestic, European, and Asian models.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the service facility.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an automotive service environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $75,000, reflecting our commitment to rewarding talent and dedication.
