Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Recruitment Marketing to join our team at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies to attract and enroll students in our graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies aligned with the school's goals for graduate, pre-collegiate, and professional and executive education.
  • Manage and develop a full-funnel marketing campaign to generate student leads and establish effective marketing tactics throughout the funnel.
  • Manage the development, maintenance, and execution of marketing communications to students in the pipeline, up to and including prospective and admitted students.
  • Collaborate with the digital media manager, marketing coordinator, and communications team on the creation, development, and distribution of content for social media, website, blogs, and digital platforms.
  • Serve as the central strategist for promoting information sessions, open houses, and program events.
  • Responsible for meeting application and enrollment goals, analyzing marketing data, and making optimizations as needed to increase overall conversions and enrollments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Five years related experience in higher education, establishing and executing an integrated marketing strategy.
  • Experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid, organic, and social media.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Seven years of related experience in higher education, establishing and executing an integrated marketing strategy.
  • Experience working in a recruitment or communications office of an educational institution, nonprofit, or industry.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,600 - $127,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The position is exempt and offers a 37.5 hour workweek, Monday through Friday. The location is Hybrid/Homewood Campus, with the department name being Communications and the personnel area being Whiting School of Engineering.
