Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $16 - $21 per hour

Position Overview:
As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you will be responsible for the meticulous collection and processing of batch summaries from various Lockbox services. Your role will also involve:
  • Daily management of Electronic Fund Transfers
  • Retrieving and analyzing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from diverse sources
  • Posting insurance and personal payments both electronically and manually
  • Ensuring the balancing of all completed batches

Collaboration:
You will work closely with Accounts Receivable Associates to address and rectify payment posting discrepancies.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in payment posting, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • 3 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Experience in posting for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT, or procedure codes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-provider environment
