Role Summary

Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing installation projects across the country. Acting as the primary liaison between our organization and external labor teams, you will be tasked with nurturing relationships, organizing installation schedules, and ensuring that projects are executed on time and meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust partnerships with external labor providers and contractors.
  • Coordinate installation timelines and logistics for signage projects in various locations.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Address any challenges or issues that arise during installations in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assign projects to contractors while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally within the signage or construction sectors.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for fostering and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset for overcoming challenges.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and safety regulations is advantageous.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred.
