CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SPECIALIST
U.S. Engineering Innovations is redefining national construction project execution. We lead the way in off-site manufacturing, specialized prefabrication, preconstruction, and mechanical construction services.

As a Construction Project Specialist, you will support the Project Manager in various project-related tasks, including planning and coordinating on-site construction activities for assigned projects, ensuring that project goals are met within the established timelines and budgetary constraints.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft Requests for Information (RFIs) and proposal correspondence.
  • Review submittals and specifications, assisting in documentation and budget oversight.
  • Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Estimate change orders and help monitor the project timeline.
  • Maintain logs for procurement, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Implement quality control measures.
  • Conduct cost coding.
  • Engage in project forecasting.

Job Scope and Additional Information:

The scope of work may vary, ranging from involvement in a single large project to multiple smaller projects. Some travel may be required.


Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science Management, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Equivalent technical training and relevant experience will also be considered.


Experience:

Technical or administrative experience in HVAC, piping, and plumbing at a commercial, industrial, or institutional level is essential.

Benefits and Compensation:

The salary range for this position is set between $63,120 and $94,680, reflecting U.S. Engineering's good faith estimate at the time of posting. The compensation for the selected candidate will be determined based on various factors, including internal equity, experience, education, specialization, and training.

Your total compensation will extend beyond your paycheck. Team members are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance, as well as paid time off.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision plans, matching retirement contributions, and matching 529 contributions, all contributing positively to your overall compensation.
