ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects, with a solid history of successful large-scale project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
