As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all facets of designated restoration projects and leading assigned teams. This role combines project oversight with team leadership, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue enhancement, profit maximization, and the development of management and staff. The project manager will plan, coordinate, control, and execute work activities on restoration projects to effectively meet service demands and ensure a positive customer experience. This position is pivotal in guiding the team towards operational excellence.

Restoration Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using specialized software
  • Facilitate customer and client approval of project scopes and estimates
  • Schedule and manage crews and resources for active projects, including subcontractors
  • Review documentation to support services rendered and ensure compliance with client requirements
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives
  • Oversee production costs, including equipment and material assets
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction, monitored through online feedback
  • Provide prompt responses to potential customer inquiries
Position Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 1 year in a management or supervisory role
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • IICRC certification is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in XactimateTM estimating software is preferred
  • Willingness to undergo a background check as per local regulations
Skills and Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to various chemicals
  • Walking and standing for extended periods
  • Frequent driving and occasional ladder climbing
  • Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Repetitive lifting and carrying of objects
Working Hours and Travel:
  • This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week.
  • On-call and weekend work may be necessary.
  • Local travel is required, with a vehicle provided for business use.
Each SERVPRO Franchise operates independently. All employees are hired and managed by the respective franchise, not by SERVPRO Industries, Inc. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 annually.
