Global Partner Marketing Manager

Rubrik is expanding its marketing team and is in search of a skilled Global Partner Marketing Manager who is enthusiastic about orchestrating comprehensive campaigns, enhancing partnerships, and driving demand generation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the cybersecurity sector that has recently gone public.
The Global Partner Marketing Manager will serve as a vital resource in the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives alongside Rubrik's strategic cloud and security alliance partners.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in partner marketing, encompassing strategy formulation, campaign development, and execution across various channels, including user conferences, content marketing, and virtual events.
The successful individual will have a strategic outlook, the confidence to engage with executives, and the ability to manage programs involving multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring comprehensive program execution.
Success in this global role hinges on the ability to swiftly engage with teams across the organization to plan, prepare, and implement marketing programs, campaigns, events, and communications that benefit our strategic cloud and security partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance our global partner marketing strategy for key alliances, including the planning and execution of global initiatives aimed at acquiring new audiences and achieving pipeline objectives.
Foster and maintain relationships with key partners, Rubrik's alliances team, and internal stakeholders to advance partner relations and promote joint marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with essential marketing and sales divisions, including product marketing, field marketing, campaigns, global events, corporate communications, and sales teams, to design and manage significant launches and announcements, develop integrated global programs for field teams, and establish the strategy and execution for partner-hosted user conferences.
Oversee a substantial budget and partner MDF to optimize expenditures.
Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and ROI metrics. Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with partner leaders to assess success, identify gaps, and ensure executive alignment and support.
Qualifications:
8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in collaboration with cloud/security partners.
Experience within the cybersecurity sector.
Self-driven, capable of working independently and proactively addressing challenges, taking ownership of tools and processes.
Ability to navigate a highly cross-functional environment to drive outcome-focused plans, programs, and execution.
Comprehensive experience across various marketing disciplines, including campaigns, events, branding, and content.
Exceptional project management skills, ensuring timely execution while maintaining positive relationships.
Proven capability to manage projects from inception to completion, including follow-up and evaluation.
Outstanding writing, presentation, and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of the B2B marketing technology landscape (e.g., Marketo, SFDC).
