POSITION SUMMARY

The Brand Development Manager plays a pivotal role within the Marketing department, tasked with spearheading strategic efforts aimed at enhancing growth and profitability. This position entails crafting and implementing marketing strategies, scrutinizing market analytics, and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill business goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee annual brand strategies to foster growth and profitability
  • Evaluate data to uncover business insights and opportunities
  • Direct new product innovation and market introduction initiatives
  • Formulate and implement marketing communication strategies
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Advocate for brand initiatives with clients and internal teams
