Position Overview
The Marketing Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role in the creation and implementation of cohesive marketing strategies that harmonize messaging across diverse platforms. This position calls for a collaborative individual with exceptional attention to detail, robust organizational capabilities, and the aptitude to juggle multiple projects effectively. The Marketing Integration Specialist will collaborate closely with client services, project coordinators, market analysts, and external collaborators to ensure uniformity and coherence in marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
This role is accountable for assisting with clients' public relations, marketing, event planning, and advertising initiatives through the development, ongoing management of projects, and the assessment, measurement, and reporting of outcomes. Client relations are also a vital aspect, as this position will maintain direct communication with clients and other external stakeholders to foster business relationships and support business growth across various sectors, including hospitality and retail. Additional responsibilities encompass the support of operational and administrative functions, which include but are not limited to budgeting, invoicing, database management, market analysis, and the organization of meetings and related correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Professional experience and/or formal education in communications, marketing, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, SEM, or Google Analytics.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent English writing, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Understanding of and enthusiasm for the Asia-Pacific markets.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Experience in an advertising agency or public relations agency (or relevant coursework/internships) is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Japanese, Korean) is an advantage.
