About the Role
David Yurman is a renowned American jewelry company seeking a skilled Brand Ambassador to share its mission with clients and deliver exceptional customer service. This commission-eligible role requires a high volume of personal sales through clientele development and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Service
- Meet individual sales targets by maximizing all selling opportunities
- Provide a positive and rewarding client experience through warm and hospitable interactions
- Ensure exceptional customer service by prioritizing the customer at all times
- Support key business initiatives and new product launches
- Stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities for sales growth
Clientele Development
- Collect meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities
- Utilize marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales
- Embrace technology to enhance the customer experience
Operations
- Assist with inventory control and maintain shrink levels below target
- Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Stay up-to-date on all product categories
- Ensure adherence to company retail operating and security procedures
- Partner with the support team in the repair process and follow up on customer communication
Requirements
- Previous retail or luxury retail sales or relevant clientele-focused experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Exceptional clientele and customer relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills to operate the retail POS system and MS Office programs
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs and non-traditional hours
The expected base salary for this role is $25.00/hour, plus commission.
