About the Role

David Yurman is a renowned American jewelry company seeking a skilled Brand Ambassador to share its mission with clients and deliver exceptional customer service. This commission-eligible role requires a high volume of personal sales through clientele development and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Service

  • Meet individual sales targets by maximizing all selling opportunities
  • Provide a positive and rewarding client experience through warm and hospitable interactions
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by prioritizing the customer at all times
  • Support key business initiatives and new product launches
  • Stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities for sales growth

Clientele Development

  • Collect meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities
  • Utilize marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales
  • Embrace technology to enhance the customer experience

Operations

  • Assist with inventory control and maintain shrink levels below target
  • Maintain consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
  • Stay up-to-date on all product categories
  • Ensure adherence to company retail operating and security procedures
  • Partner with the support team in the repair process and follow up on customer communication

Requirements

  • Previous retail or luxury retail sales or relevant clientele-focused experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results
  • Exceptional clientele and customer relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills to operate the retail POS system and MS Office programs
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs and non-traditional hours

The expected base salary for this role is $25.00/hour, plus commission.
