Internal Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Entegee. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer opportunities, performing data entry, and conducting contract/purchase order reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer opportunities such as quoting, purchase orders, expediting, and other requests
- Perform data entry for opportunities, quotes, and sales orders
- Conduct contract/purchase order reviews to ensure internal sales order accuracy
- Review customer drawing revision levels and quality clauses
- Respond quickly and proactively to team members and customer needs
- Develop strong relationships with internal team members and customer contacts
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an internal sales manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive
- Ability to work within a custom database using Microsoft Access (preferred)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
