About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead shifts, provide guidance and support to team members, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Think critically and come up with creative solutions to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide guidance and feedback, and make decisions in a timely manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
