- Collaborate with team members, including medical assistants and administrative personnel, to coordinate patient appointments and services.
- Keep detailed and current records of scheduled appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Comply with privacy regulations and maintain the confidentiality of patient information.
- Stay informed about clinic policies, procedures, and service offerings to effectively relay information to patients.
