Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional service and support across various channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide members through financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries.
  • Educate members on a range of financial products and services, tailoring recommendations to their individual needs.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate member records and documentation in accordance with established procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
