Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and assist with any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Payment Processing: Process customer payments, including credit card transactions and cash sales.
  • Order Fulfillment: Place or cancel customer orders, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including balancing the cash register and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
