About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to the needs of consumers and match them with our service plan.
  • Logically and efficiently route technicians and offer solutions to create a successful sales experience.
  • Utilize a route management system to schedule appointments for customers.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Hourly wage plus sales commission.
  • Two weeks of paid time off in the first year, with opportunities for progression.

Compensation Details:
