Position Overview

As we enhance our workforce, we are on the lookout for experienced Associates, Managers, and Directors with robust expertise in back-office investment operations. The title and level of seniority will be aligned with individual qualifications and experience. Directors are essential in steering client engagements, managing a variety of financial services, and fostering enduring client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outsourced CFO and Controller services to investment managers, private equity, and venture capital clients.
  • Oversee month-end and quarter-end reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely review of clients' NAVs.
  • Lead the capital call and distribution processes efficiently.
  • Facilitate new fund launches by managing tasks from reviewing legal documents to onboarding service providers.
  • Handle financial operations for management companies, including financial statements, cash forecasts, and budget preparations.
  • Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation for all client entities.
  • Collaborate closely with external auditors, administrators, HR/payroll, and compliance teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and assist in their execution.
  • Provide operational support and guidance, serving as the primary contact for clients.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in alternative investment management, specifically in Private Equity.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of staff development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is advantageous.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
  • Experience in establishing and refining processes and procedures.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of building trust and confidence with clients and team members.
  • A passion for promoting best practices and positively influencing organizational culture.
