- Execute the entirety of the sales process, including prospecting, building/presenting sales presentations, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and upselling/renewing current partners.
- Entertain clients and work various game day events, including nights and weekends.
- Stay up-to-date on changes and advancements within the sports sponsorship landscape.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Sports marketing experience.
- A solid understanding of marketing and promotions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Internet research skills.
- A four-year college degree.
- 4+ Years of relevant sales experience.
- Radio or television advertising experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- Close vision and ability to differentiate colors.
- Ability to remain focused and perform work in noisy and crowded environments with multiple distractions.
- Works in unpredictable outdoor weather conditions and extreme weather conditions.
- This role may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on game schedules and events.
