Minimum Qualifications:

- Ability to comprehend and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Experience in teaching financial management and sales models.
- Proficient in planning, developing, and coordinating multiple objectives to achieve desired outcomes.
- Skilled in balancing business accountability and growth with the necessity for positive, trusted relationships across the organization and with external partners.
- Expertise in business management, including budget preparation and financial oversight.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
