Senior Account Executive

At ICON plc, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
