Job Description Overview
Konica Minolta Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for assessing client needs and developing state-of-the-art solutions by building relationships as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer-centric needs assessments to understand specific technology requirements and challenges.
- Highlight innovation when presenting and demonstrating our company's technology products and services, focusing on benefits and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with internal technical and administrative teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure a smooth sales cycle through continuous communication, nurturing and developing the customer relationship.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively telling our story to C-suite executives and decision makers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience successfully selling technology products and solutions in a Business-to-Business or Business-to-Consumer environment.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
