Sales Enablement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day functions and operations of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Technical Product Training: Develop and implement training programs for new products, ensuring that sales teams have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell our products.
- Develop Learning Content: Create engaging and informative content to support sales teams, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Manage Sales Toolkit: Oversee the development and maintenance of our sales toolkit, ensuring that it is up-to-date and relevant to our sales teams.
- Provide Continuous Employee Training: Develop and deliver training programs to support the onboarding of new employees and the ongoing development of existing employees.
- Test New Functionality: Collaborate with our technical teams to test and evaluate new functionality in our tech stack, ensuring that it meets the needs of our sales teams.
- Review and Evaluate Sales Training: Work with cross-functional teams to review and evaluate our sales training programs, ensuring that they are effective and aligned with our business goals.
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our CRM system, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain Customer Loyalty Program: Develop and maintain databases of information for our customer loyalty program, ensuring that we are able to effectively engage with our customers.
- Proficiency in Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent Presentation Skills: Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations to small and medium-sized groups.
- Ability to Work Independently: Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Public Speaking and Training Presentation Skills: Ability to develop and deliver training programs to support the onboarding of new employees and the ongoing development of existing employees.
- Experience in Video Editing: Experience in video editing software, such as Canva or Camtasia.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP: Strong proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1+ Years of Experience: 1+ years of experience in a sales or sales enablement role, with a focus on developing and delivering training programs.
- 2+ Years of Project Management Experience: 2+ years of project management experience, with a focus on coordinating and executing projects to meet business objectives.
