Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering sales enablement materials to support our revenue-generating teams.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales processes and performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain sales enablement programs, including presentations, playbooks, training modules, and other resources
- Deliver live training sessions for the sales team to ensure a deep understanding of our products and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, market positioning, and the competitive landscape
- Collect feedback from the sales team on areas for improvement in sales processes and training needs
- Design and lead the onboarding process for new sales hires
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in communications, learning and development, training, sales training, teaching, curriculum design, or project management
- Proven success in learning and development, training, sales training, teaching, curriculum design, communications, or a related role for a remote/distributed workforce
- Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage and enable sales professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive towards a common goal
- Experience in the mental health industry
- Familiarity with e-learning programs and software like Workramp
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Gong
We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $150,000, equity, comprehensive benefits, 401k, and flexible time off.
