Key Responsibilities:

  • Earn a commission of 2% on generated sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years of external sales experience required.
  • Secure orders for promotional and corporate events.
  • Engage with local businesses by providing food samples and event information.
  • Collaborate with venue management to ensure successful event execution.
  • Assist in organizing in-house promotional activities.
  • Conduct market analysis and cold outreach to uncover new opportunities.
  • Oversee budget objectives and financial responsibilities.

Administrative Duties:

  • Finalize monthly accounts, ensuring all event orders and revenues are accurately documented.
  • Support the Director of Events with sales inquiries and website communications.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports outlining revenue, forecasts, strategies, and activities.
  • Book and manage event orders for designated locations.
  • Input event information into the shared management database.
  • Generate event quotations.
